🚨 NEW CANCELLATION POLICY 🚨
Going forwards, if anyone has to cancel within 5 hours of the scheduled training session, you will still be liable for that session. I will honor any cancellation before the 5-hour window. This will allow me enough time to fill the spot because there are other clients who need certain times that are already booked and when I get last-second cancellations, not only am I losing out on business, but they are losing out on opportunities to get better as well. Please let me know if this does not work for you or if you have any questions or concerns and as always, thanks for the opportunity to work with kids.
