Going forwards, if anyone has to cancel within 5 hours of the scheduled training session, you will still be liable for that session. I will honor any cancellation before the 5-hour window. This will allow me enough time to fill the spot because there are other clients who need certain times that are already booked and when I get last-second cancellations, not only am I losing out on business, but they are losing out on opportunities to get better as well.
